This Privacy Policy describes how PixLab AI Photo Editor (“PixLab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related website (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use PixLab, we may collect:
- Photos and media you provide. Images you select or upload to apply AI edits, filters, styles, or transformations. Processing may occur on-device and/or on remote servers solely to deliver the features you request.
- Device and usage data. Device type, OS version, app version, language, crash logs, and approximate diagnostics that help us keep the app stable.
- Purchase / subscription data. If you buy premium features, payment is processed by the app store (Google Play / Apple). We receive confirmation of entitlements, not your full payment card details.
- Support communications. If you email info@pixailab.com, we keep the content of your message and contact details to respond.
- Advertising identifiers. Where ads are shown, partners may use advertising IDs and similar signals subject to your device settings and applicable law.
2. How we use information
- Provide AI photo editing, photoshoot, style, makeover, and filter features
- Improve performance, reliability, and product quality
- Process purchases and unlock premium content
- Respond to support requests
- Detect abuse, fraud, and security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
3. AI processing of photos
When you apply an AI feature, your selected image may be transmitted to our processing infrastructure or trusted providers solely to generate the edited result. We do not sell your photos. Processed images are retained only as needed to complete the edit, deliver the result, troubleshoot failures, or meet legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized according to our retention practices.
4. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that host, process AI jobs, analyze crashes, or serve ads — under contractual confidentiality and purpose limits
- App stores and payment processors for transactions
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
We do not sell personal information as “sell” is commonly understood (trading data for money).
5. Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including providing the Service, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Support emails may be retained for a reasonable period to maintain conversation history.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong device locks and keep the app updated.
